Who We Are
We are a State organization under the oversight of the Ministry in charge of Universal Access to Water and Energy. We ensure the execution of public service related to the management of public water networks (water fountain, urban hydraulic drilling, rural hydraulic drilling), the management of public lighting networks (streetlight, high mast, traffic lights) and ensure the water and electricity consumption expenses of public buildings of local authorities (town halls and departmental councils).
